One more year, the city of Elche celebrates its Patron Saint Festivities from the 1st to the 15th of August. On the occasion of the celebration of the long-awaited festivities, the Els Capellans restaurant, at the Huerto del Cura hotel, and the La Taula restaurant, at the Port Jardín Milenio hotel, have prepared a wide gastronomic offer that highlights the traditional flavors of the city to delight to locals and visitors.
With an eye on the big days of the festivities, from August 13 to 15, attendees will be able to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in the hotel gardens, located in the heart of Elche's palm grove.
On the nights of August 13 and 14, known as the Nit de l'Albà and the Nit de la Roà, respectively, the Els Capellans and La Taula restaurants offer pleasant dinners around the pool and in the garden. The chefs present a different menu for each day made up of dishes that combine avant-garde techniques and tradition.
As a finishing touch to the Patron Saint Festivities of Elche, the Huerto del Cura and Port Jardín Milenio hotels offer a family meal to celebrate the Day of the Virgin. The menus are made up of various dishes to share and a main course to choose between rice, meat or fish.
