Port Hotels, the hotel chain based in Benidorm, is organizing a charity cocktail event on Thursday, November 28, at 8:30 p.m. at the Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach in support of Aspanion, the Association of Parents of Children with Cancer in the Valencian Community. This event will be the first of three that will mark a significant collaboration between the two organizations as part of Aspanion’s 40th anniversary.
For more than two years, Port Hotels has remained committed to Aspanion, collaborating on initiatives like World Childhood Cancer Day in various ways. In 2025, Aspanion will celebrate four decades dedicated to providing comprehensive support to families of children with cancer in the Valencian Community—a milestone that Port Hotels and the association have decided to commemorate with a series of celebratory events extending until February 2025.
This first gathering, a charity cocktail event at Port Alicante City & Beach, will serve not only as a fundraising platform but also as a meeting space for collaborators, families, volunteers, and supporters. It promises to be a special evening, dedicated to strengthening awareness of Aspanion’s cause and celebrating a collective commitment to the fight against childhood cancer.
Tickets for the event are available on the Port Hotels website for €40, with €5 from each ticket going directly to Aspanion’s projects. The funds raised will help finance the psychological, social, and economic support programs that the association has provided over its 40-year history, improving the quality of life for families during the most challenging times in their lives.
Through initiatives like this, Port Hotels reinforces its commitment to the communities where it operates, aligning its efforts with causes that truly make a difference.
