Hotel Huerto del Cura presents a unique gastronomic experience with its Cheese and Wine Pairing Workshop at the Veranda restaurant

Hotel Huerto del Cura, an icon of hospitality nestled in the heart of Elche’s historic palm grove, continues to expand its gastronomic offerings with an exclusive Cheese and Wine Pairing Workshop, set to take place on Thursday 17 July at its Veranda restaurant.

This unique experience, created by the hotel team, aims to introduce guests to the world of artisan cheese and its perfect pairings with wine. For the occasion, the workshop will feature the collaboration of La Despensa de Andrés, a gourmet shop specialising in delicatessen products, which will curate a refined selection of artisanal cheeses.

Throughout the evening, participants will enjoy a tasting of several cheese varieties, each paired with carefully selected wines. The session will include a guided explanation of the cheese-making and maturing process, as well as pairing tips, all set within the peaceful natural surroundings of the Huerto del Cura gardens.
